For those who plan to apply to Lutheran Foundation for funding, this 3-hour in-depth workshop is a helpful overview of what we consider to constitute a strong grant request and what information we look for in applications.
Lutheran Foundation staff will review the application and describe the rationale for the questions, how to answer the questions for various types of projects, and give examples of what to include in your application. Lutheran Foundation’s new online grant application will also be reviewed.
Key to a strong application is the quality of the project’s Logic Model and Evaluation Plan. Workshop participants will have an opportunity to learn more about Logic Models, outcomes, and evaluation, and the role they play in developing strong programs and cohesive grant applications.
Target Audience:
This workshop is perfect for organizations seeking Lutheran Foundation funding for the first time and/or new staff at previously funded organizations.
